About Us

An accountant should be able to do more for your business than simply crunch numbers; he should be a skilled business partner who listens to you, understands your business and is committed to helping your company succeed through the appropriate combination of strategic objectives and financial decisions.

As your audit, accounting and business consulting partner, Warren Binderman brings a history of complex audit and accounting experience, consulting (both financial and operational), investment due diligence, merger & acquisition negotiations and accounting design, PPM reviews and entity capital and other restructuring to your company. Warren has held high level positions in the Big 4, and has been a leader in several established and esteemed accounting firms.

He has very broad experiences working in a myriad of industries, and holds particular expertise in many service, technology, hospitality and large, complex finance companies and automobile dealerships. Significant clients have included Marriott Corporation, Caterair International, LaFarge Corporation, Edunetics, Software AG, First Mile Communications and many others.
